I created this gratitude challenge for the version of me that didn’t know where to start — the one who was tired of surviving, craving something real, and quietly wondering if life could feel different.
I had just left a corporate job that drained me emotionally. It lacked empathy, honesty, and soul — and walking away was the hardest, most liberating thing I’ve ever done. That detour cracked me open. It forced me to look inward and realize: I want to help people feel seen, supported, and alive again.
