Booking Policy

For all service requests, please use our online booking system.

No phone,text, or email bookings are accepted. 

Service Scope

Rooms All Clean provides residential maintenance and deep cleaning services.

We do not offer move-out, hoarding, or extreme condition cleanings.

Extremely Dirty Homes

If a home is determined to be outside the scope of standard or deep cleaning upon arrival, the service may be canceled or adjusted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or reschedules must be made through the online system at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a reschedule/Cancellation fee.

24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours.

We will arrange for the original cleaner to return and address the specific areas of concern.

Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of our services, we do not issue refunds.
