How do I book a cleaning?
All services are booked online through our booking system. We do not accept bookings by phone or text.
Do you offer phone support?
To ensure accurate scheduling and timely service, all bookings and changes are handled online.
What services do you offer?
We offer standard home cleaning and deep cleaning for residential homes only.
Do you offer move-out or extreme cleaning?
No. We do not provide move-out, hoarding, or extreme-condition cleanings.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
All changes must be made through the online booking system.
What if my home is very dirty?
If a home is outside the scope of the selected service, the cleaning may be adjusted or canceled at the time of service.
Can I request a specific cleaner?
Cleaner availability varies. We do not guarantee specific cleaner assignments.
What if I have a question before booking?
Please review our FAQ and service descriptions. If you still need help, email us and we’ll respond as soon as possible.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once services are completed. We do however offer our 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
What is your 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your service.
We will arrange for the original cleaner to return and address the specific areas of concern.
