AAC

AAC stands for "Augmentative and Alternative Communication" - this encompasses multiple ways to communicate that can supplement or compensate (either temporarily or permanently) for the impairment and disability patterns of individuals with severe expressive communication disorders.

Many of our students with significantly impaired communication use augmented communication systems like LAMP, Proloqo2Go, and TouchChat, along with other programs.
