Click on the Quick Setting Panel at the bottom right of your screen.

Select the "no-network" icon.
If you previously connected to a WIFI network, the name may be listed already.

Select your home Wifi Network, OR
If you were issued an RCS Wifi, the network name is Coolpad Surf + the last 4 digits of the number (3rd row) on the back sticker of the hotspot.

Enter your home Wifi password, OR
If you were issued an RCS Wifi, the password is the last 8 digits fo the number (3rd row) on the back sticker of the hotspot.
