Screen Resolution

NWEA Testing requires at least 1024x768 screen resolution

Chromebook supports a number of screen resolutions and gives you the freedom to choose your desired one. You’ll need to go to the display settings under your Chromebook settings to view and change the screen resolution in your device. Here is how.

Step 1

Reset the screen resolution with the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + 0 (zero)

Step 2

Click on the clock/Wifi in the bottom right corner

Step 3

Click on ‘Settings’ in the pop-up menu to access the Chromebook Settings.

Step 4

Select Device from the Settings menu on the right hand side.

Step 5

Select Displays from the Device settings.

Step 6

Use the slider to adjust resolution.

The keyboard shortcut of Ctrl-Shift and either the + or - keys will also adjust the screen resolution but you cannot see what the resolution was set to numerically.
