Returning ECP Families

For our returning families (families who had children enrolled in the 3 year old program last year (2022-2023) there are three (3) options for completing the application process (complete only 1)):

 1. Online - Complete and submit the 2023-2024 Preference Form  and upload your required documentation online using the email below.  All documents must be received to be included in the placement lottery.  We require 3 new proofs of residency and the 2023-2024 Preference Form, and Demographic Form.  You will not be able to save and return to the application later.   Please remember to download the documents and email them once completed to lcole@romecsd.org. 

OR

2. Print - Double Click on the PDF version of the 2023-2024 Preference Form located below.  Print it out, complete and return to the Early Childhood Office drop box.  Please be sure to include copies of the 3 required documents for proof of residency.  Forms which are incomplete or missing documentation will be placed on a waiting list.

OR

3. Stop by the Early Childhood Office and pick up a 2023-2024 Preference Form in the box outside the main entrance.  Complete at home and return to the Early Childhood Office drop box with the 3 required documents for proof of residency. Forms which are incomplete or missing documentation will be placed on a waiting list.

All completed forms and required documentation must be turned in to the ECP Main Office as soon as possible. Notification of placement will be through a letter sent out during the summer.

2. Print - Below is the PDF version of the 2023-2024 Preference Form and Demographic Form.  You may print this form, complete, and return to the ECP Main Office Drop Box along with the 3 required documents for proof of residency by June 20, 2023 to be included in the placement lottery.
