New Enrollment Applications 

1. Online - Complete and submit the 2024-2025 Application with your required documentation online using the email address below.  All documents must be received to be included in the placement lottery.  We require 3 proofs of residency, birth certificate, and immunization record. The Admission policy and acceptable documents are located on the home page of this website.  Please be prepared with copies of your documents uploaded before you begin to complete the online paperwork.  Please remember to download the documents and email them once completed to lcole@romecsd.org.

2. Print - Double-click on the PDF version of the 2024-2025 Application located below.  Print it out, complete and return it to the Early Childhood Office drop box.  Please be sure to include copies of the 3 required documents for proof of residency.  Applications that are incomplete or missing documentation will be placed on a waiting list.  

OR

3. Stop by the Early Childhood Office and pick up a 2024-2025 Application in the box outside the main entrance.  Complete at home and return to the Early Childhood Office drop box with the 3 required documents for proof of residency. Forms that are incomplete or missing documentation will be placed on a waiting list.

All completed forms and required documentation must be turned in to the ECP Main Office as soon as possible. Notification of placement will be through a letter sent out during the summer.
