Work Permit

The employment authorization document ("EAD" or "Work Permit") allows an immigrant to legally work in the United States. There are multiple categories to qualify for employment authorization in the United States, including but not limited to: 

• Paroled Refugee

• Refugee

• Asylee

• Fiance

• Temporary Protected Status 

• Nonimmigrant Visas.
