1. Summary

ROKIT Healthcare identified a security vulnerability affecting a specific function of the AI Organ Regeneration Platform (AiD Regen) during internal security review activities. To date, no security incidents or malicious exploitation related to this issue have been observed.

The identified vulnerability may affect certain supporting system functions; however, it is not considered to pose a direct risk to patient safety or clinical decision-making. ROKIT Healthcare is preparing a security update to address this issue, which will be deployed in a phased manner.

3. Vulnerability Overview

The AI Organ Regeneration Platform (AiD Regen) is a software platform designed to support clinicians in treatment planning based on data captured and processed in clinical settings.

The identified vulnerability is limited to a supporting file-handling function within the platform and, under certain conditions, could affect normal system operation. At this time, no evidence of exploitation, unauthorized access, or patient impact associated with this issue has been identified.

4. Actions Taken by ROKIT Healthcare

ROKIT Healthcare is preparing a security update to remediate this vulnerability. The update is expected to be deployed within a maximum of 30 days.
