• A temporary food pantry has been established for residents of the West Prairie School District who are losing their SNAP benefits. Tentative hours are Thursday (today) 4-6pm, and Saturday 11-1pm. 

• Drop-off locations for donations are City Hall during office hours and Colchester Library during open hours.

• Parents can stop into the salvation army to sign up their kiddos for the Angel Tree Christmas gift program. The sign up ends October 31st, 2025 and need to bring proof of McDonough County residence and proof of identity (birth certificate, insurance card, etc).
