MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) Setup Guide

Parent Access & Mobile Application | Roding Valley High School

1. Download the Application

The MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) app is available free for both Apple iOS and Android devices.

• Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad): Search for MyChildAtSchool or MCAS and tap Get.

• Google Play Store (Android): Search for MyChildAtSchool and tap Install.

2. First-Time Account Login & Enrolment

Once installed, follow these steps to link your account to Roding Valley High School:

1. Open the App: Launch MyChildAtSchool on your device.

2. Enter School Credentials:

   • School ID / Code: Request from the school office if required.

   • Email Address: Enter the exact personal email registered with the school.

3. Password Setup: If logging in for the first time or setting up a new account, tap Reset Password or use the enrolment link emailed to you by the School Office.

4. Create Security Passcode: Set a 5-digit PIN and enable Biometric Authentication (Face ID / Fingerprint) for fast, secure access.

Receive instant notifications for 20, 40, or 90-minute after-school detentions.

View daily subject schedules and monitor Google Classroom homework tasks.

Clubs, 

View what clubs your child is currently enrolled in

Bromcom Student App Setup (For Students)

Secondary school students can access their daily timetable, homework tasks, behaviour points, and attendance directly via the Bromcom Student App.

1. Download the App: Search for Bromcom Student App in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and tap Get or Install.

2. School Login: Open the app, search for Roding Valley High School, and sign in using your school email account and password.

3. Key Student Features:

○ Timetable: View your daily live subject schedule and classroom locations.

○ Homework: Track upcoming assignments, due dates, and Google Classroom links.

○ Praise & Attendance: Monitor your positive points, achievements, and attendance records in real time.

If you have not received your invitation email, need your school code, or require account assistance, please contact the school:
