Phone- All classrooms have a VOIP telephone with access to a voice mailbox
Document Camera- All classrooms have a document camera that can stream live video to the projection system.
Interactive Projector/ Flatpanel- All classrooms have either an interactive projector or an interactive flat panel that allows for both teacher and student interaction.
Once you are in your classroom, an Instructional Technology Specialist and a Field Technician will be available to provide training & support for these tools.
Elementary:
Chromebooks are available in each classroom for small-group instruction.
Secondary:
Shared Chromebook carts in each classroom provide a 1-to-1 experience for students.
Instructional Technology Specialist
For help with integrating technology into your classroom, your campus has an Instructional Technology Specialist available to you. This person is available to assist you with designing lessons and using the instructional resources available to you and your students.
Field Technician
For help with technical problems, your Field Technician is available to troubleshoot issues with software/hardware, flat panels, printers, document cameras, etc.
To request assistance/support with your technology, you can submit a ticket using Help Desk inside of Eduphoria. Instructions for this will be provided further on in this training. You can also call the district Help Desk at 469-698-7222.
