Since 2007, our team has been leaving a legacy of generational impact to younger girls. Over the course of 18 years, we have introduced and streamed over 200+ girls into the STEM industry, with dozens of alumni working with companies such as JPL and NASA. Through our recruitment, we continuously transfer and push institutional knowledge down generations and create a sustainable system that allows for learning and growth no matter the makeup of our team.
Our team journey as a whole shows the growing capabilities of our team despite higher numbers of rookies, and all intertwined aspects of our robot, community impact, and team dynamic have evolved drastically in order to serve girls in STEM.
