I grew up in Southern California and moved to Santa Barbara to attend UC Santa Barbara. I have taught 3rd and 4th grade for over 14 years. I have had the privilege to teach in both the Bay Area and Rocklin Unified. At RUSD I have taught at Sierra Elementary, Valley View, and Quarry Trail.

I have a daughter named Violet, who is now 5 1/2 years old and a son named Callum, who is 2 1/2 years old. They are both happy and full of laughter.  Our family enjoys playing in our backyard and barbecuing.  This summer my daughter learned to swim and both my kiddos got to fly on an airplane.
