The first thing you will need to do when you have selected this project is print out a copy of the WALLSHELF PROCEDURE, and the WALLSHELF DRAWING. Also look over the GRADING RUBRIC so that you will know what you will be graded on before you begin. You can print it when you are done with your project and ready for your grade. Read these documents thoroughly before beginning the project so you will be familiar with what needs to be done and how you will be graded. The mirror is actually a square. From the front the only part that shows is the part that has been removed from the wood.

In order to round the edges of the back panel and give it a nice decorative shape you will need to use a power tool called the router. This tool is also used to remove the wood on the back to recess the mirror. Read and study the ROUTER SAFETY RULES then print the ROUTER SAFETY TEST and complete it.
