Introduces students to the United States' system of government and how we, as citizens, play a major role in determining the path of our country. Through textbook work, readings, simulations, discussions and study of current events, students will study the role of government, foundational documents, government structure, the election process, citizenship and essential liberties afforded Americans.Â
