Program Overview

MRMS 21st Century Community Learning Center -

After School Program 2021-2022



Our program is funded by a Federal 21st Century Community Learning Center grant.

We offer free programming for students in grades 6,7, and 8 and their families. Our program runs 5 days per week and consists of:

  • Moving in the Morning from 7:15-7:45 am for students who get to school early and need some homework assistance or who just want to relax and get some exercise.

  • After school programming from 3:30-5:45 pm for students who want some extra time to learn and get assignments completed. Afternoon programming includes enrichment clubs and field trips.

  • Family engagement activities and trips


Programs will include academics, homework help, specialized tutoring for Math and Reading and a variety of enrichment classes and field trips. We will also offer virtual field trips and activities for families.
