Priority registration will be given to families who have not enrolled in a CRPD class during the 2024-2025 school year.
For Families Residing in Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, or the Ventura County Side of Westlake Village
If you have not participated in a CRPD class, please ensure your enrollment information is submitted via ROA's Google Form by January 3rd.
For Families Living Outside the Conejo Recreation & Park District
If you have not participated in a CRPD class, please ensure your enrollment information is submitted via ROA's Google Form by January 10th.
For Families Who Completed a CRPD class in the Fall
If you completed a CRPD class in the fall, your enrollment will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis after January 13th, depending on the availability of remaining funds.

Due to high demand, River Oaks Academy (ROA) is thrilled to continue offering classes through the Conejo Recreation and Park District (CRPD) this Winter! This fantastic partnership allows your student to enroll in a range of enrichment classes through CRPD.
Due to high demand, River Oaks Academy (ROA) is thrilled to continue offering classes through the Conejo Recreation and Park District (CRPD) this Winter! This fantastic partnership allows your student to enroll in a range of enrichment classes through CRPD.
📝 Key Details:
ROA students can register for ONE class through CRPD.
Keep in mind that ROA does not guarantee enrollment. If a class becomes full or is canceled, it's out of our control.
🕗 Class Schedule Guidelines:
Choose classes that take place during regular school hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
ROA cannot provide classes during weekends, evenings, or for Spring/Summer camps.
🚫 Classes NOT Available for ROA Students:
Skateboarding
Fencing
Archery
Horseback Riding
Aquatics
Mountain Biking
Driver’s Education
Dog Training
Religious Classes
⚠️ Enrollment Instructions:
Select 2 class options (in case your first choice is full).
Complete the entire registration form, including the waiver.
Enrollment depends on course availability—so list both first and second choices.
ROA students cannot enroll in after-school programs listed under local elementary schools (CVUSD schools).
Classes with a "lab fee due at the first class" are not permitted. However, if the class states "lab fee due at registration", you are allowed to sign up.

Out-of-District: Monday, 01/13/25

Priority registration will be given to families that have not enrolled in an CRPD class during the 2024-2025 school year.
Use the following Google form to register for classes (do NOT register directly through CRPD; ROA cannot reimburse you if you do): Google Registration Form
You will receive a confirmation from CRPD once your child has been enrolled in the class.

Please follow the instructions below to determine if a lab materials fee is due at the first class:
If the phrase "lab materials fee is due at first class" is mentioned, you cannot request that class.
If the phrase is not mentioned, add the lab fee to the class fee on the River Oak's CRPD Google Form.
