All standards require personnel to be aware of the Quality Management System and their contribution to it. This course is most popular in the AS-certified environment where the awareness topics are more abundant and critical to the nature of the standard. This two-hour course can be provided remotely or on-site and can accommodate 30 individuals per session, space allowing. Awareness training is included free of charge for any QMS upgrade, transition, or implementation. It is recommended to be performed annually shortly preceding a registration audit so the content is fresh for auditees.
