While certification cannot be guaranteed, any nonconformances found in the first registration audit after implementation which were a direct result of the implementation will be 100% addressed by Roaring Tiger Consulting for all options; any other nonconformances noted will be supported with consulting free of charge for Full Turn-key, Documentation Only, and High-level Assistance Only options.
This option incorporates all major processes into a finite number of documents providing ease of operation and training, minimization of changes and inconsistencies, and provides a customized implementation. Documents include: a quality manual (or similar) which drives to the entire QMS and provides simple procedures as applicable, process data worksheets describing each process, a small number of procedures (average 3-5 procedures depending on the organization), updated work instructions if applicable, and support system development if applicable. The first management review, first complete-system internal audit, and awareness training for all personnel are included, and on-site assistance during the next registration audit is included upon request.

This option provides a framework and training approach to the implementation. Documents include: a quality manual (or similar) which drives to the entire QMS and provides simple procedures as applicable. The client will receive templates and tools which can be used to build the remainder of the system with support and consulting throughout the process.
