Our goal is to support the welfare of animals in need. That means we want more than anything to have our rescues find their forever home, in a clean, healthy, and loving environment. If you feel like you’re ready, fill out an adoption application today!

Our Process

Potential adopters complete an application form, detailing their living situation, bird experience, and pet ownership expectations. Following this, they undergo a comprehensive screening, which includes the initial interview, reference check, and home visit to evaluate the environment's suitability for the bird. Upon approval, potential adopters have the opportunity to meet available birds, seeking the ideal match for their lifestyle and preferences. As this process prioritizes the well being of both bird and adopter, it does not result in same day adoption, ensuring a thoughtful and successful transition. If you are seeking a quick adoption or considering a bird as a gift to a loved one, our rescue is not a suitable option for you.

Visitations to birds in quarantine are not permitted.

Blue is a gentle Green Cheek Conure who is still learning to trust. He’s a little shy at first, but beneath his timid nature is a sweet soul just waiting for the right person to help him feel safe. Blue is not aggressive—he simply needs time, patience, and a loving home where he can blossom at his own pace.
