Welcome to the Sophomore Family Resource Center! Sophomore year is an important time for students to continue building a strong high school foundation while beginning to think more intentionally about their goals for the future.

This page is designed specifically for Class of 2029 students and families and will be updated regularly with important information, reminders, resources, and opportunities throughout the school year. We encourage both students and families to check back often so you don’t miss anything! 

During sophomore year, students should focus on academic success, exploring careers and postsecondary options, getting involved in school and community activities, developing good habits, and beginning to connect their interests and strengths with future possibilities. 

Throughout the year, you’ll find information related to academic planning, graduation requirements, career exploration, college awareness, dual enrollment preparation, testing, extracurricular opportunities, and other resources to help students make the most of their high school experience.

You don't have to have your future figured out yet! This is the time to explore your interests, discover your strengths, try new opportunities, and continue building the foundation for junior and senior year.
