Welcome to Riverwalk Academy High School and the Freshman Family Resource Center! Freshman year marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter, and we are excited to partner with the Class of 2030 students and families throughout the high school journey.

This page is designed specifically for freshmen and their families and will be updated with important information, reminders, resources, and opportunities. We encourage you to check back often throughout the school year, and don't forget to join your Class of 2030 Google Classroom!

Freshman Year Is About Building a Strong Foundation.

High school brings new opportunities, greater independence, and increased responsibility. This year, we encourage students to focus on developing strong academic and organizational habits, getting involved, exploring interests and careers, building positive relationships, and learning what it takes to stay on track for graduation.

Throughout the year, you’ll find information about graduation requirements, academic planning, career exploration, college awareness, extracurricular opportunities, student support resources, and ways to prepare for the years ahead. Make sure to check the different pages on this site!

Families, you are an important part of your student’s high school experience! We encourage you to stay connected, ask questions, celebrate progress, and help your student begin thinking about the many possibilities available after high school.

Class of 2030, your high school journey starts here! Explore, get involved, work hard, ask for help when you need it, and make the most of the next four years.
