Ms. Rankins
Technical Theater
Ms. Rankins has been teaching English Language Arts and Theatre in RUSD for 22 years. Prior to that, she taught English and Theatre in the Sacramento area. She has a BA degree in Theatre from CSU Sacramento and an MS in Education from National University. She holds a teaching credential in English and a CTE credential in Arts, Media and Entertainment.
