How do I drop an RCC Class?

First, let your counselor know you want to drop the class. Then log into your RCC MyPortal Account.
Click Registration--> Add/Drop Classes

How much does an RCC class cost?

Through Dual Enrollment, RCC classes are free for all John W. North students.

Where are the courses offered?

There are 3 ways courses are offered to our students:

In-person at John W. North HS
Asynchronous (Online at your own pace)
Hybrid (In-person with asynchronous elements)

Can I take any class I want at RCC?

Unfortunately, at this time, students are only able to take classes that are exlusively offered to us through dual enrollment. For a list of classes being offered click here.

Where do I get my textbooks?

Most books are available in North's Library. Some RCC classes will give students access to a digital textbook. Please reach out to Mr. Keys if you are unsure of how to obtain your textbook.
