Every year, our chapter participates in the homecoming festivities by creating a float for the homecoming parade.

Each harvest season, our members prepare harvest meals to deliver to farmers in the field. The past two harvest season, our chapter has served over 250 harvest meals.

Our chapter is responsible for managing 23 acres of row crops the sits on top of the hill above our school. Each harvest season, Agrivision from Macedonia, Iowa donates machinery and labor to help harvest our crop. TFS donates the seeds used for our plot.

Our annual fruit sales fundraiser is our largest fundraiser of the year. Each October, we fundraiser for our chapter by selling fruit, meat & cheese, candy, and ButterBraid pastries. It is a highly anticipated fundraiser by many in our community.

Every year during National FFA Week, our chapter celebrates the organization by participating in dress up days and activities throughout the week. Our biggest hit thus far has been our "Ag Olympics" where we have many students throughout the whole school participate in an FFA related relay race.
Oakland, Iowa
Every March, our chapter teams up with AHSTW FFA to help the East Pottawattamie County Farm Bureau clean up a two mile stretch of Highway 6 north of Oakland.

Each May, our chapter's successes for the year are celebrated at our annual awards banquet. A cater is hired to provide the meal and our top members are recognized with awards. We also have a silent auction to help fund raise funds for our chapter.

Each March on National Ag Day, our many helps advocate for the industry by driving their tractors to school. The bus drivers drive elementary students through the parking lot so they can see the fun!

At the barbecue members have a chance to meet up with their peers and play fun Ag activities whilst enjoying great food throughout the night. The class with the most points at the end of the night wins and get bragging rights for the rest of the year.
