The West Plum Creek stream health assessment was developed to understand existing conditions in the watershed and the primary stressors that have played a part in influencing current conditions. Ultimately, the stream health assessment aims to provide the data and information required to develop a stream management plan that will identify conservation actions as part of the West Plum Creek Stream Management Plan.
