5/31/2022 - Annual assessments were sent out today. Please refer to the email send out earlier regarding the new rates and the reason for the increases. Also, please make sure that you have added board@riverlandingoldhickory.org AND mailer@payhoa.com to your safe senders list. This will be the only way that invoices are sent out this year. Anyone requiring a paper invoice sent out will be billed an additional $25.00 for processing. Please make sure the HOA has a good email address for you to avoid this charge.

5/1/2020 - One board position is up for re-election this year. If you are interested in running for the board, please send an email by 6/1/2020 requesting a petition that must be signed by 10 HOA members. William Terry will be seeking re-election for his position this year, if there are no valid petitions turned in then William Terry will keep his position by default. If there is a valid petition turned in, we will send out the voting procedures that will take place. Thank you for all that you do!

6/1/2019 - Annual Assessments were mailed out to everyone. Please check the mail for your invoice. Failure to receive an invoice does not exempt you from payment. Please send a message to the HOA as soon as possible if you don't receive yours. Payments are due and must be postmarked by July 1, 2019.

6/1/2019 - There have been some thefts in the subdivision over the past few months and the HOA is currently looking into purchasing a license plate reader (LPR) system for the front entrance. This has been requested by several homeowners. We are in a very unique situation with only 1 way in and 1 way out. The system is able to read license plates, along with taking photos of person, bikes, etc. entering. We would be able to block any resident that does not wish to have their license plate recorded in the system. The sole purpose of this system would be to log unknown vehicles for when a crime occurs. A lot of residents have cameras, but they only go so far in identifying the vehicle or persons. This system would bridge the gap between your cameras and identifying data. 6/1/2019 - The Board of Directors has one open position. Andrew Vallee will be running for re-election. If you are interested in running for the Board of Directors, please send an email to board@riverlandingoldhickory.org no later than 6/10/2019 to request a petition that must be signed by 10 HOA members. The completed, signed petition must be received by the HOA no later than 6/20/2019. Should more than 1 person seek the position, an online election will take place on 6/30/2019.

5/2/2019 - We are still in the process of installing the street lights throughout the neighborhood. All of the street lights are on premises and ready to go. If you could help out in installing these it would be great. Andrew and his wife, Holley, have slowly installed all of the street lights you see so far by themselves. These take a while to install, so again, any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Please call or email Andrew if you can help out.

04/1/2018 - There will be a HOA meeting on 04/12/2018 at 6:00 PM at the Old Hickory Community Center. This meeting will be limited to a discussion of finances and new ARC rules. If time permits, additional items may be discussed. A subsequent meeting will take place in the near future to discuss all other HOA business if needed. Please make every effort to attend.

12/27/2017 - We are pleased to announce that we are finally ready to start ordering the new street lights in batches. The street lights will be installed as they arrive throughout the neighborhood.

12/25/2017 - Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!!

08/05/2017 - The street lights vote has concluded with over 80% of voters choosing Option 4 (Hanging Double Lantern Victorian Style). A sample street light has been installed at the intersection of River Landing Way and Keeton Ave. Please take the time to look at the new style and leave your comments by clicking on the Complaints and Suggestions tab above. The comment period will remain open for 30 days. The current plan is to install these street lights in small phases at a time throughout the subdivision.

07/08/2017 - Annual assessments were due 07/01/2017 and are now considered past due. If you have not paid your annual assessment, please contact the board immediately to avoid a lien being placed on your property.

07/01/2017 - Only one (1) petition was received for the open board member position. Brandon Thompson was re-elected to the Board of Directors by default.

06/16/2017 - Per our bylaws, one (1) board member position will be up for election this upcoming fiscal year. If you are interested in being nominated for the Board of Directors please send an email to board@riverlandingoldhickory.org to request a petition. The petition must be signed by ten (10) members in order to be placed on the ballot and your accounts must be in good standing. Petitions will be due no later than Monday, June 26, 2017. If more than one completed petition is received, then elections will take place on online on Friday, June 30, 2017 from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Additional details will be posted on this site regarding the election.

6/16/2017 - Email is the official communication method for the HOA. All communications will be sent via email to members and posted on this website. We are taking these steps in an effort to save paper, envelopes, stamps, and of course your money. Paper notices will no longer be mailed unless required by our bylaws or law. If you have not provided an email address, please send your email to board@riverlandingoldhickory.org as soon as possible to receive timely updates.

04/08/2017 - We are currently seeking interest from those who may want to have residential recycling included with their trash collection. Please send an email to the Board if you are interested.

03/31/2017 - Just a reminder that if you sell, transfer, or quit-claim your home or property there is a $295.00 transfer fee that must be paid at closing.

03/22/2017 - Annual assessments have been mailed out. All annual assessments are due no later than July 1, 2017 or late fees will be added.
