General Information and Policies

The Summer Academy will run from Monday, June 24th to Friday, July 19th (18 days total). The Academy will be closed on July 4th and 5th for Independence Day.

Each session is $150. If your child attends Sessions 1 and 2 (4 classes) tuition is $300..... Please look at the Tution Tab for payment procedures and deadlines. If you child was invited to an Invitation-class (i.e. ELA Intervention, ESL, Enrichment, or Math Intervention class), the tuition for that class is paid by the River Edge Board of Education, therefore no tuition needs to be paid for that class.

Academic Intervention classes have a maximum of 10 students.

Academic Enrichment classes have a maximum of 15 students

Our Open Registration/Extracurricular classes are capped at 16-20 students based on the classroom size and course

There are two dismissal times for students. Students will be dismissed from either 10:20-10:30 (end of Session 1) or from 12:20-12:30 (end of Session 2) to the Cherry Hill School Blacktop.

A primary guardian or the same person who drops off the student should pick them up. If not, please let us know so we are aware of any changes.

If a student is walking home, you will have to complete a dismissal form included in the registration form. We will not permit any child to leave by themselves unless we have this form on file.
