1. What are the pick-up procedures?

There are two dismissal times for students. Students will be dismissed at either 10:30 (end of Session 1) or 12:30 (end of Session)

A primary guardian or the same person who drops off the student should pick them up. If not, please let us know so we are aware of any changes.

If a student is walking home, please fill out this form. 

2. How do I pay for tuition?

Please click on the "Tuition" tab at the top of our page.

3. How do I view my child's schedule?

1. Log onto the Genesis Parent Portal

2. Click on “List View” which located in the middle of your screen

3. The Summer W.I.N. Academy is listed as “Q4”

4. From there, you will be able to view your child’s classes and teacher by Period

4. What is the capacity for in the W.I.N Summer Academy?

The capacity is dependent upon the classroom size and the level of support. Our Intervention and Enrichment classes are capped at 12-15 students to allow for small group instruction and hands on learning and our Extracurricular classes are capped at 20 students.

5. How were students recommended for the Academic classes?

There is a criteria that our district chose to determine which students would be invited. Please note students also require a teacher recommendation. Click here to view the criteria for 23-24 academic classes.

6. Where will the Summer Academy be held?

All sessions will be at Cherry Hill School.

When and how will I know if my student was selected for the Academic classes?

Students who were recommended will receive an invitation on the Genesis Parent Portal by early May.

7. What if my child is traveling over the course of the Summer Academy?

Students should be attending the Academy for at least 75% of the sessions. If you anticipate your child missing more than a few days, we ask you not take that spot from another child and seek alternatives for your child beyond our Summer Academy. Unfortunately, we do not offer hybrid or virtual classes.
