Support at School

  • Talk to your teacher

  • Arrange to speak to someone in school for support.

These emails will be checked during normal school hours.

You an ask for help or support and staff will either see you when you are in school or will be able to give you a call to talk about how they can help you.



This is a deep breathing exercise to help you relax and feel calm. Candle and flower breathing is a great strategy to control stress, anxiety and helps to slow down and feel focused.
