I wanted the mural to be 100% student made and so I commissioned sophomore Prava to create the mural artwork and also help the students paint it. Unfortunately the artwork was never finished since we went into quarantine.

Augmented Reality in Art - After School Program
In our after school Everyday Program (EDP), students were able to learn about animation and augmented reality. Mostly comprised of grade 5 students, we learned about animation and augmented reality before developing our painting concepts. The students had to think about what subject matter could animated and once that was resolved, they could start painting. After the painting was completed, the students' next step was to animate their creations using Google Slides or Apple's Keynote. The augmented reality software used is called EyeJack Creator.
