Student Teaching Students! Giving a demonstration on how to water colour.
Evidence Observed 11/22/2019 by Jim O'Malley:
4.1- The room was set up in a way that was conducive to learning. All students had access to the displays and examples that Josh provided. There was ample workspace and it was conducive to learning.
4.2- Clear expectations were evident. The students understood what the behavioral expectations were in the class. The students were also respectful of the use of the supplies and the maintenance of the materials.
4.3- Josh started class on time and there was a motivating factor in his delivery and pace. The students got right to the task and were aware of the expectations of time allotted for this lesson. There was virtually no wasted instructional or learning time. The students were engaged from start to finish.
4.4- The class was very engaging. The students were comfortable and it was evident that there was mutual trust. Students were happy to share their work and have it used as an example.
4.5- All students were respected
