Hello! My name is Voranan Puengchanchaikul, or Bene for short. I'm currently a 17-year-old grade 11 student studying under the International Baccalaureate (IB) Full Diploma program at Ruamrudee International School in Thailand, where I've lived for my entire life. I’m interested in STEM and am passionate about advocacy, especially in terms of sustainability. Outside of the classroom, I can often be seen doing sports, service learning, and leadership activities, among many others. For instance, I'm a member of Unicef Thailand's Young People Advisory Board, have participated in the Youth After COP29 Event, engage as the Chairperson of the Students of Sustenance Committee (which aims towards zero hunger and zero waste by collecting surplus food to cook into meals for those in need), and have been awarded the 2025 Thai Outstanding Youth Award (service and character category) as well as an Honorable Mention for my Creative Writing When We Learn essay on climate action at the RIT Genius Olympiad 2024.
