VISITOR’S CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY

RIS is responsible for protecting the welfare of all children at RIS. Visitors must adhere to the RIS Child Safeguarding Code of Conduct & Policy. RIS is committed to applying child safeguarding practices that reflect statutory and international regulations.

While on campus, visitors are required to:

• have their visitor pass visible at all times

• only enter learning spaces if they have an appointment or permission

• only use the adult designated bathrooms

• report any concerning behavior by students or employees to a section office

While on campus, visitors are prohibited from:

• photographing or videoing children other than their own

• being alone with any child, unless the child is a member of their family

• asking for any child’s contact details
