VISITOR’S CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY
RIS is responsible for protecting the welfare of all children at RIS. Visitors must adhere to the RIS Child Safeguarding Code of Conduct & Policy. RIS is committed to applying child safeguarding practices that reflect statutory and international regulations.
While on campus, visitors are required to:
have their visitor pass visible at all times
only enter learning spaces if they have an appointment or permission
only use the adult designated bathrooms
report any concerning behavior by students or employees to a section office
While on campus, visitors are prohibited from:
photographing or videoing children other than their own
being alone with any child, unless the child is a member of their family
asking for any child’s contact details
