WEvolve primarily serves the towns located within Laramie County, Wyoming. WEvolve will accept clients from outside this area for services if there is reason to believe that the client can present themselves on an agreed-upon schedule and can complete a course of treatment, considering the possible distance issues. WEvolve will accept clients from outside these areas who require off-site services if there is staff availability whose schedule and caseload make it practical for them to see such clients and to complete a course of treatment with that client. If WEvolve declines to accept a client, based on geographic location or related issues, WEvolve will attempt to refer them to a service in their area.

WEvolve strives to provide immediate service to clients experiencing acute emotional distress during office hours. Recognizing that WEvolve has limited capacity to respond to such emergencies, employees, and students will involve community resources as required and will communicate the limitations of WEvolve resources. After-hours and reminder calls will be determined by the client’s clinical staff person. In the case of an emergency, the client should call 911 or report to the nearest emergency room. If the client is having suicidal/homicidal thoughts, the client should call 1-800-273-8255. If the client is a veteran having suicidal/homicidal thoughts, the client should call the Veterans Crisis Line at 1-800-273-8255.
