The M₂ Database is a live, self-populating resource containing over 1.2 million rational points in the moduli space of genus two curves. Users can search by curve equation or Igusa invariants; if the point is missing, the system automatically computes the canonical representative together with all associated invariants, heights, automorphism group, minimal model, fine/coarse status, conductor, twists, and L_n splitting labels, then inserts the complete record. The database is publicly available with a fast API and full Python integration and is hosted by the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Mathematical Sciences (AIMS).
