Invitation

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I am writing to inform you about the upcoming Parent Advisory Meetings for the Ririe School District. These meetings are designed to foster collaboration, promote open communication, and strengthen the partnership between our school and parents. We understand the importance of your involvement in your child's education, and we greatly value your input and insights. To ensure regular opportunities to meet and discuss matters concerning our school community, we have established a schedule for the Parent Advisory Meetings.

Beginning this academic year, the Parent Advisory Meetings will be held on the third Wednesday of every month, prior to our regularly scheduled school board meetings. The first meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 16, starting at 5:30 p.m. Meetings are scheduled to last one hour. The meetings will be conducted in the boardroom at the Jr/Sr. High School. Each session will focus on various topics, including school updates, curriculum, student achievement, upcoming events, and any concerns or suggestions you may wish to address. We encourage your active participation in these meetings as your contributions play an integral role in shaping the school's educational approach and the overall learning experience for our students.

Thank you for your continuous support in building a solid and vibrant school community. We look forward to seeing you at the upcoming Parent Advisory Meetings and working together to ensure the success and well-being of our students. If you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact the district office. Please feel free to share this information with all patrons of the school district.

Sincerely,

Jeffrey S. Gee
