Pause Windows Updates

I. Open Start Menu and search Check for Updates. Click Check for Updates

II. Once in the Windows Update Settings, click Advanced Options.

III. Click Select date and then choose the farthest date.

IV. Click on the start Menu and type Services.

V. Look for Windows Update in the list. Right click on it and click Stop.
