THE APP
The app lets you create receipts and invoices, scan paper receipts, dictate sales, save items you sell often, and share the result as a PDF. You need an account, which you create by signing in with Google or Apple.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT YOU ISSUE
You are responsible for the receipts and invoices you create with this app and for whether they meet the tax, invoicing and record-keeping rules that apply to you. The app is a tool for producing documents. It is not an accountant, a tax adviser, or an official tax-invoicing system, and a document it produces is not a government-issued tax instrument. Check your local requirements before relying on it.
You are also responsible for the customer details you enter. Only enter someone's details if you are allowed to.
AI FEATURES
Scanning and voice entry use automated systems to read an image or transcribe audio. They make mistakes. Always check what the app filled in before you issue a receipt. We are not responsible for errors in a document you issued without checking it.
Free accounts include a limited number of receipts and AI reads each month. The current limits are shown in the app.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES
Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play, not by us. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling in the app does not stop billing. The lifetime option is a single payment and does not renew.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through their stores.
If we change prices, the change applies to future billing periods, and you will be told before it takes effect.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not use the app to create false or fraudulent documents, to impersonate another business, to break the law, or to attempt to access other users' data or our systems. We may suspend or close an account that does.
YOUR CONTENT
Your receipts, logo, images and recordings remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
AVAILABILITY
We try to keep the app running, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the app we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
LIABILITY
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
ENDING YOUR ACCOUNT
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close an account that breaches these terms. When an account is closed we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
