How to delete your AI Receipt Maker & Scanner account

You can delete your AI Receipt Maker & Scanner account, and everything stored with it, at any time. There are two ways to do it.
FROM INSIDE THE APP
Open AI Receipt Maker & Scanner, go to Settings, and tap Delete account. Confirm when you are asked. Your account is closed straight away and deletion begins immediately.
BY EMAIL
If you can no longer sign in, email hashir@ripeseed.io from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
WHAT IS DELETED
Your account and the sign-in identifier we hold for it. Your business profile: business name, address, phone number, email, tax or VAT number, currency, tax rate, receipt numbering and your business logo. Every receipt and invoice you created, including line items, prices, totals, notes, payment status and any customer name, phone number or email you typed onto a receipt. Your saved items and templates. Scanned receipt images and voice recordings. Your push notification token.
WHAT IS KEPT, AND FOR HOW LONG
Records of purchases you made through Google Play or the App Store are held by Google and Apple under their own policies, and we keep the transaction records that tax law requires us to keep. Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before those backups are overwritten.
DELETING SOME OF YOUR DATA WITHOUT CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT
You can delete any individual receipt, saved item or template from inside the app, and you can clear your business logo and business details from Settings. If you would like us to delete something else, email hashir@ripeseed.io and we will respond within 30 days.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid plan. Cancel a Google Play subscription in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions. Cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple account settings.
