📣 Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan - Now Open for Affected Areas

Pag-IBIG Fund has opened its Calamity Loan Program for members residing in areas declared under a State of Calamity. This program is designed to provide immediate assistance to members affected by Typhoon Crising.
To qualify, you must:
Reside in an area declared under a State of Calamity
Have at least 24 monthly contributions, with 1 contribution in the last 6 months
Be an active member with proof if income
If you have an existing loan, it must be updated
Application Window - Within 90 days from the State of Calamity declaration
Repayment Grace Period - 3 months (first amortization is due in the 4th month after loan release)

What's Changing?
The merit cycle will shift to Q3
Salary adjustments will take effect on October 1, 2025
Merit Eligibility & Structure
Only employees rated "As Expected" or higher will be eligible
Senior Managers & below: Eligible for cash merit only (Cash LTI removed)
Directors & above: Eligible for equity grants only
Promotion
Will continue based on performance and business priorities
Effective date: October 1, 2025
Further guidance will be shared by CXO leaders, VPs, and HRBPs through team discussions and FAQs. For immediate concerns, employees are encouraged to contact their manager or HR Business Partner.
