You may take up to seven (7) working days with full pay if your spouse has given birth or had a miscarriage - applicable to the first four (4) deliveries.
✅ You must be:
Legally married and living with your spouse
Employed at the time of delivery or miscarriage
Filing within 60 calendar days from the date of childbirth/miscarriage
📄 Requirements:
Marriage Certificate
Birth Certificate or Death Certificate of child
Medical Certificate (for miscarriage cases)
As the spouse or partner, you may be allocated up to seven (7) days of leave from your partner's maternity leave credits.
✅ You must:
Be named in the SSS Allocation of Maternity Leave Credits
Use the leave within 60 days from the date of delivery
Submit necessary proof from your or your partner's employer
📄 Requirements:
Copy of SSS Allocation Form (Received by the SSS) online notification
Copy of Leave Certificate issued by the company of spouse/partner
Entitles you to up to 60 calendar days of paid leave after a surgery related to a gynecological disorder.
✅ You must:
Be a regular employee with at least 6 months of service in the last 12 months
Submit required medical documents
No prior leave application needed for emergency procedures
📄 Requirements:
Medical Certificate including the following: (diagnosis, procedure, start date of surgery and number of days including the recuperation period)
Operative Records / Clinical Abstract
Other supporting documents
If you are a registered Solo Parent, you may take up to 7 working days of leave per year for parenting-related responsibilities.
✅ You must:
Have rendered at least 6 months of service
Hold a valid and updated Solo Parent ID
Use leave within 1 year from activation date
📄 Requirement:
Valid Solo Parent ID issued by DSWD
If you are a victim of Violence Against Women and Children, you may take up to 10 paid days, extendable upon court order.
✅ You must:
Provide a legal documentation of your case
Inform your supervisor before taking leave
Use leave at your discretion within the allowed period
📄 Accepted Documents:
Barangay, police, prosecutor, or court-issued certification of your case
STEP 1
Submit a JIRA (Employee Services) Ticket under Compensation & Benefits in the Acquire Intellihub to request activation of your statutory leaves
STEP 2
Once complete requirements are received, Acquire C&B will activate your leave credits in MyPay
STEP 3
File your leave application in MyPay under the appropriate leave type
STEP 4
Manager/Supervisor reviews and approves the request
