A: A license is required for each user who plans to schedule and manage webinars. Once you purchase licenses, you can assign them to users within the Admin Portal.
After you’re assigned a license, you’ll receive an email guiding you to access RingCentral Webinar using the RingCentral app on your desktop or web browser. When you sign in, you’ll see the Webinar icon in the navigation bar.
A: No. Only hosts need licenses.
