立教大学では、学期の初めにアドバイザーとの面談を実施しています。希望者は、下記を確認のうえ、自分からアドバイザーに面談の実施を依頼してください。
At Rikkyo University, you can have an advising session with your academic advisor at the beginning of each semester. Please refer to the details below, contact your academic advisor, and request to schedule a meeting if you wish to do so.
アドバイザーとの面談 / Advising session
・面談では、主に各学期の履修登録に際し、本学での履修科目や研究計画、チューター制度や「特別外国人学生指導演習」の利用希望などについて、アドバイザーに相談できます。
・面談を希望する場合には、国際センターからの案内（新入生：出願システムより通知、継続生：メーリングリストで通知）を参照し、依頼をしてください。
・At the advising session, you can consult with your advisor mainly on courses you wish to take, research plans, and requests to use the tutoring system and the "Seminar for Special International Students.
・If you wish to request a meeting, please refer to the information from the International Office (New students: notification through the application system, Continuing students: notification through the mailing list) and make a request.
チューター / Tutoring
・希望者は、学部生または大学院生による「チューター指導*」制度を利用することができます（在籍期間中計24時間まで）。
・チューター指導は、アドバイザーの指導の下、チューターが指導計画を立て、日本語・専門用語の指導、授業の予習復習、学外調査の援助、レポート等の添削指導、基礎科目の復習等の課外指導等を留学生に対して行う制度です。日本語で行うことが原則となります。
・チューター指導は、制度上アドバイザーによる指導が必要となります。そのため、利用を希望する場合には、必ずアドバイザーに面談を依頼し、相談してください。
・Tutoring services, provided by undergraduate or graduate students, are readily available to international students who wish to utilize them (up to 24 hours in total during the period of enrollment), ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for your academic journey.
・Tutoring is a system under which tutors, under the guidance of an academic advisor, formulate a teaching plan and provide guidance to international students on Japanese language and technical terms, review of class preparation, assistance in off-campus research, correction of reports, etc., and extracurricular guidance such as review of basic subjects. In principle, tutoring is conducted in Japanese.
・Tutoring is a system that requires the guidance of an academic advisor. Therefore, if you wish to use this system, you must request a meeting and consult with your advisor.
特別外国人学生指導演習（大学院生のみ）/ Seminar for Special International Students （only for Graduate students)
・研究科所属で具体的な研究計画を持つ特別外国人学生が、アドバイザー教員による指導を強く希望する場合で、且つ研究科及びアドバイザー教員の指導が可能な場合には、「特別外国人学生指導演習（半期１単位で履修登録）」という科目を設定できる制度があります。
・「特別外国人学生指導演習」の設定を希望する場合には、必ずアドバイザーに面談を依頼し、相談してください。
・If an international student with a specific research plan who belongs to the Graduate School strongly desires to be supervised by an academic advisor, and if both the Graduate School and the advisor are available to supervise the student, a course called "Seminar for Special International Students (one credit per semester)" may be set up.
・If you wish to enroll in the "Seminar for Special International Students," you must request a meeting and consult with your advisor.
