STEP1. Receiving Personal Sheet <Tuesday, September 9>
Personal Sheet is an individually customized version of the course list based on the college you belong to and your Japanese language proficiency level. You are eligible to register for all the courses listed on your Personal Sheet. You can check the course syllabus by clicking on each course name.
How to download your Personal Sheet:
1. Access the link. (How to change the language on the Home Directory)
*URL for downloading Personal Sheet will be provided by email on September 9.
2. Find your Personal Sheet with your student number and save the file.
3. Open the file with your password.
*Password is set with your date of birth (8 digits)
E.g. If your birthday is December 31, 2019 ⇒ Password: 20191231
4. List the courses for which you wish to register on the “Course Registration Submission Form” and submit the Form before the deadline.
*The URL for submitting the Form can be obtained at 【STEP2】.
Your Personal Sheet is consisted of the following three sections:
【登録シートRegistration】
This is the sheet you must submit after you enter the course codes of the courses for which you wish register. Select them from [科目一覧Course_List] and [日本語JP_Language_Course].
Do not forget to save the file after you enter the courses you have chosen.
【科目一覧Course_List】
You are eligible to register for all the courses listed on the list (Please note that some of the courses have specific requirements).
【日本語JP_Language_Course】
You are eligible to register for all the language courses listed on the list .
Please remember that the registration is not done automatically. You have to complete the registration procedures by yourself.

STEP2. Submitting Course Registration
<Tuesday, September 9 ~ Thursday, September 11, 11:00 a.m.>
You must complete the course registration for all the courses that you wish to take during the semester before the deadline.
Once you list the courses that you wish to take on your Personal Sheet and upload the file on the home directory, you have completed your course registration. (How to complete the procedure is explained below.)
Note that the course registration cannot be accepted after the deadline. Therefore, be sure to plan and submit your course registration well in advance!
<Important>
・Note that you will not be able to register for any limited enrollment courses after the end of the period.
・You cannot cancel once you have been allowed registration to any limited enrollment courses.
・Registration for regular courses (non-limited courses) can be cancelled during Drop/Add Period for Course Registration (refer to【STEP4】).
<Caution>
You should submit your registration form only after you double-check and understand all of the following points:
You have not changed your file name and password.
Your form is correctly saved in the Excel format (Editing with the Numbers apps / files cannot be accepted).
You have registered all the courses for which you wish to register.
You cannot cancel the registration for any limited enrollment courses once you are selected to be enrolled.
You have not registered for any courses beyond your language proficiency.

Where to submit Personal Sheet: The link for submitting Personal Sheet will be announced on September 9 by email.

STEP3. Checking Registration Results <Thursday, September 18>
International Office will send you the registration results and they will be reflected on your Personal Sheet in the "Acceptance" column.

URL for downloading your Personal Sheet

Please download the file with your student ID number from the link above. The password is the same as before.
※Instructions about how to obtain the password and download the file can be found at 【STEP1】.
Be sure to check the column with the “Comments (by the International Office)” and if you have questions or concerns, please contact the International Office immediately.
STEP4. Dropping /Adding Course Registration (except limited enrollment courses)
<Thursday, September 18 to Thursday, September 25, 3:30 p.m.>
If you wish to change your course registration, you need to revise and re-submit your Personal Sheet during the above period. If there is nothing to change in your course registration, you do not need to submit the Sheet again.
To change the course registration, you need to mark the courses that you wish to drop with “x” and add the courses that you wish to take instead on your Personal Sheet. Then you need to upload the revised Sheet on the designated online form (see below to learn how to revise and upload your Personal Sheet.)
Be mindful that you cannot make any changes in your course registration beyond the above deadline.

<Important>
・Once you are accepted to register for any limited enrollment courses, you cannot cancel the registration.
・Cancellation of the registration for any non-limited courses is possible during the Drop/Add Period.

You have registered all the courses for which you wish to register.
You have not registered for any courses beyond your language proficiency.
You have not changed your file name and password.
Your form is correctly saved in the Excel format (the Numbers file cannot be accepted).
Make sure that it contains the following courses:
・the courses registered
・all courses marked with 〇 in the "Acceptance" column

※Please refer to "How to submit your personal sheet" for more details.
*Note: While "Tutorial Session for Special International Students" (available for graduate students only) does not require course registration, your academic advisor needs to submit the course registration on the student's behalf. In order to request the tutorial sessions to be arranged, you need to schedule a meeting with your academic advisor at the beginning of the semester.
STEP5. Confirming Course Registration
<Monday, September 29 ~ Thursday, October 2, 1:00 p.m.>
You will find all courses you have registered for this semester displayed on the designated portal.
Make sure to check your course registration before the above deadline to see if there is any error in the list of registered courses. In the case that you find any errors, please contact the International Office at once.
※Please note that you cannot make any changes to your registration during the confirmation period. The period is set up for correcting errors only.※
Confirmation Period: Monday, September 29 ~ Thursday, October 2, 1:00 p.m.
How to confirm:
1) Access the course registration portal (https://r.rikkyo.ac.jp/ ).
2) Click the “Course registration status screen” on the menu (Ⓐ-①).
3) Click the [⇒ “Course registration status screen” login] (Ⓐ-②).
4) When the login screen is displayed, log in with V-Campus ID (Student ID Number) and password (same as V-Campus password). The log-in information is provided to you when you receive your Student ID Card and other materials.).
5) The course registration status screen is displayed. Ⓑ )
