International students, we would like to invite you to sign up for a new social event in the Global Lounge, planned by Student Staff Teddy, on 4 June (postponed from 21 May). It will feature activities like Human Bingo, Origami Daruma, and we are planning for a make your own 'Shibuya style' matcha activity too!
The theme of this event is international students and domestic students having fun even without speaking fluently in each others’ languages, and is meant to be an easy first Global Lounge event for first-year domestic/regular students at Rikkyo who may not be confident in their English abilities, or simply have not yet joined a Global Lounge event. There are many Japanese students signed up already hoping to meet you!

サポーター（主に外国人留学生、または外国語が堪能な国内学生）と参加者が、サポーターの母語もしくは堪能な言語で、フランクに少人数のグループで交流できるイベントです。
今学期は5月26日～7月2日に、毎週火曜日に池袋、木曜日に新座で開催します。
言語は英語、朝鮮語、中国語、スペイン語、フランス語、ドイツ語、日本語。
学習している言語をグローバルラウンジで話しましょう！

日本語を学習している留学生はこちらのフォームから申込をしてください。申込締切はイベントの前の週の木曜日です。

At World Cafe Supporters (mainly international students) and participants (mainly domestic students), have casual conversation in the native or fluent languages of the Supporters.
This semester it will be held 26 May to 2 July, Tuesdays at Ikebukuro and Thursdays at Niiza.
Languages include English, Korean, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Japanese.
Come practice the language you're studying!

For international students who want to practice Japanese, see details and sign-up on this form. The sign-up deadline is the Thursday before each event.
For all other languages, sign up on PORTAL. 

We are now looking for international students who would like to be Supporters for World Cafe between 26 May and 2 July. Supporters facilitate conversation once a week at lunch time in their native or fluent language for small groups of other Rikkyo students who are learning that language.
Languages we are looking for: English, Korean, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Japanese

The Global Lounge has an online Language Exchange bulletin board to give students more opportunities to practice languages, learn about other cultures, and make new friends.
