1年生の国内／一般学生のためにグローバルラウンジの学生スタッフの体験談のイベント（5月8、13、21日）と国際交流イベント（5月19、21日）を開催する予定です。学生スタッフTeddyが企画しました。

1年生の国内／一般学生は：立教時間で詳細と申込方法を確認してください
留学生は：こちらのフォームで詳細を確認して申込をしてください（5月19日と21日のイベントのみ）

International students, we would like to invite you to sign up for a new social event in the Global Lounge, planned by Student Staff Teddy, that will be held two times, on 19 and 21 May.
The theme of this event is having fun even without speaking fluently in each others’ languages, and is meant to be an easy first Global Lounge event for first-year domestic/regular students at Rikkyo who may not be confident in their English abilities, or simply have not yet joined a Global Lounge event.

We are now looking for international students who would like to be Supporters for World Cafe between 26 May and 2 July. Supporters facilitate conversation once a week at lunch time in their native or fluent language for small groups of other Rikkyo students who are learning that language.
Languages we are looking for: English, Korean, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Japanese

5月26日～7月2日に開催されるワールドカフェのサポーターになりたい留学生を募集します！サポーターは自分の母国語もしくは流暢に話せる言語を学んでいる立教生のために小グループで会話の司会をします。
募集する言語：英語、朝鮮語、中国語、スペイン語、フランス語、ドイツ語、日本語

We are looking for 4 students who would like to work at the Global Lounge this semester! Any Rikkyo student can apply. 

If you are interested in a part-time job where you can plan an intercultural exchange event in the Global Lounge and help out with other events, after reading the message below, please check the details on this document titled ‘Job Description’, then submit the following documents: resume and student staff application by the deadline. (Please open the link and download the documents). 

Work period：Week of June 1 to week of July 13, 7 weeks

Location: Ikebukuro and Niiza Campus Global Lounge

Work Hours: 4 hours per week (may slightly vary one or two weeks because of the event you plan, but the total hours will not change)

Number of people to be hired: 2 at Niiza Campus, 2 at Ikebukuro Campus (1 international student and 1 domestic student at each campus. For students who are at both campuses, we may consider giving shifts at each campus.) 

Requirements: a Work Permit and Japanese bank account to receive your salary (You must have one at the time of the interview. Please note it can take up to 2 weeks to open a bank account.) 

Application deadline: Monday, 11 May, 9:00am

今学期グローバルラウンジで働いてくれる学生を４名募集します！立教生なら応募できます！

グローバルラウンジで国際交流のイベントを企画することとその他のイベントを手伝うことの出来るアルバイトに興味のある方、このメッセージを最後まで読んだ後、まずこちらの「業務内容と募集要項」を確認し、この二つの資料「履歴書」と「学生アルバイト応募用紙」を記入し、締切までにメールで提出してください。

期間：6月1日の週～7月13日の週（7週間）

場所：池袋キャンパスと新座キャンパスのグローバルラウンジ

時間：週4時間（自分の企画するイベントによって多少変わる週が１，２回あるかもしれませんが、原則合計の時間は変わらないです）

募集人数：新座キャンパスに2名、池袋キャンパスに2名（各キャンパスに留学生1名と国内学生1名を採用する予定です）

申込条件：資格外活動許可と日本の銀行の口座を面接のときに持っていないと採用されません（口座の開設は2週間がかかる可能性があるのでご注意ください。）

応募締切：5月11日（月）午前9:00

We are looking for up to several Special International Students for an event during our Study Abroad Weeks where international students will sit in the Global Lounge and Rikkyo students who are interested in study abroad can come to ask questions about your home universities and university life overseas.
(Mainly for students on inter-university exchange, but we can consider students on inter-college/ inter-department exchanges on a case by case basis).
Date and time:  lunch time or after 5pm on a weekday between 18-29 May, will be decided based on everyone's availability

グローバルラウンジが開催するStudy Abroad Weeksの時に、留学に興味を持っている立教生がグローバルラウンジで留学生（特別外国人学生）に留学生の出身大学と海外大学での生活について質問ができるイベントを開催する予定で、参加していただける留学生を募集します。
（主に大学間の交換留学で来ている留学生が対象ですが、場合によって学部間の交換留学で来ている学生の参加も検討できます）
日時：5月18～29日の間の平日、昼休みまたは17時以降、皆さんの都合によって決まります
