正規大学院生で外国人の方は、日本語教育センターが開講する日本語科目（一部を除く）を履修することができます。履修を希望する場合は、以下の内容を確認の上、必要な手続きを取ってください。
Regular graduate students at Rikkyo University can register for Japanese language courses offered by the Center for Japanese Language Education(CJLE).
Students who wish to enroll in Japanese courses should review the information below and complete the procedures.
履修資格、対象科目 Requirements and Course Available
●日本語教育センター開講科目の取得単位は、前期課程修了要件単位には算入されません。詳しくは、所属する研究科の教務事務を扱う部署にお尋ねください。
●日本語科目を履修するために必要な手続については、下記該当年度・学期の項目を確認してください。
●履修対象科目と履修上の注意は、下表を参照してください。
＊科目一覧、曜日・時限、科目内容は、日本語教育センターホームページ「講義内容（シラバス）、日課表、履修規程」で公開しています。
●Generally, credits for Japanese language courses cannot be included as part of the requirement to finish a Master's course. For further information of academic matters, please contact the Administration Office of your Graduate School.
●Regarding necessary procedures for taking Japanese language courses, please refer to the contents below of the relevant academic year and semester.

以下のいずれかに当てはまる場合は、日本語プレイスメントテスト（PT）の受験は必要ありません。
□ 2026年度春学期日本語科目履修希望申請（Form A）で「J0レベル」を希望すると回答した学生*
*Form Aの提出後、「J1またはJ2レベル以上」へ変更したい場合はPTを受験してください。
PTを受験しないと、Form Aでの回答にもとづいて「J0レベル」に配置されます。
□ 前学期（2025年度秋学期）に日本語科目を履修し、その成績にもとづいたレベルの日本語科目の履修を継続したい学生
【PTの受験が必要】
以下のいずれかに当てはまる場合は、日本語プレイスメントテスト（PT）の受験が必要です。
□ 立教大学で前学期に日本語科目を履修しておらず、「J1またはJ2レベル以上」を希望する学生
□ 前学期（2025年度秋学期）に日本語科目を履修したが、次に２レベル以上上の科目を履修したい学生*
*PTの結果次第ではレベルが下がる可能性もあるので注意してください。
□ Form Aでは「J0レベル」を希望すると回答したが、希望レベルを「J1またはJ2レベル以上」に変更したい学生

学生証（新入生は在留カード）、鉛筆、消しゴム

＊日本語プレイスメントテスト（PT）開始後に希望レベルを変更することはできません。
＊これまでに日本語を勉強したことがない場合、また、少し勉強したことはあるが、ひらがな・カタカナが完璧ではないので、ゆっくり勉強したい場合はＪ0です。
＊J1 を履修するには、ひらがな・カタカナが読めて書ける必要があります。PTで、ひらがなテストに合格しなければ、J1 レベルの科目を履修することはできません。

If any of the following apply, it is not necessary to take the Japanese Language Placement Test (PT).
□ Students who selected "J0 level" as their desired level on the Application Form for Japanese Language Course in Spring 2026 (Form A)*
*If you wish to change to "J1 / J2 or higher level" after submitting the Form A, make sure to take the PT.
If you fail to take the PT, you will be placed at the "J0 level" based on your answer on Form A.
□ Students who took Japanese language courses in the previous semester (Fall 2025) and wish to continue taking Japanese language courses at a level determined based on their grades
【PT REQUIRED】
If any of the following apply, it is necessary to take the Japanese Language Placement Test (PT).
□ Students who have not taken Japanese language courses at Rikkyo University during the previous semester (Fall 2025) and wish to take “J1 / J2 level or higher” courses in Spring 2026
□ Students who have taken Japanese language courses in the previous semester (Fall 2025) and wish to take courses two or more levels higher in Spring 2026*
*Please note that the level may be lowered depending on your PT result.

Online test of grammar, vocabulary and kanji, composition and interview or Hiragana Test
*Test contents will be different depending on your desired level.

Student ID card (Residence card or Passport for new students), pencils and eraser
<NOTE>
*You cannot change your desired level after beginning of the Japanese Language Placement Test (PT).
*Students who have never studied Japanese or who have some experience studying Japanese but have not yet mastered Hiragana and Katakana perfectly and want to learn Japanese slowly are at the J0 level.
*Students who can read and write Hiragana and Katakana are at the J1 level. Only students who pass the Hiragana test in the Placement Test can take J1 level courses.

日本語教育センターから、履修登録届出フォーム（Form B）についてのEメールが届きます。メールが届いたら、Form B をダウンロードして、自分の日本語レベル・履修可能なクラスを確認してください。

Form Bに記載されている日本語レベルは、日本語プレイスメントテストの結果、あなたが配置されたレベルです。
そのレベルに合った、履修可能なクラスが記載されています。

（1）“Business Japanese I” and “Business Japanese A” are both made up of 5 courses. Students are required to register for “Business Japanese I 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5” or “Business Japanese A 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5” as a block.
（2）Students must have taken the Japanese Language Placement Test for the semester when these courses are offered..
（3）Even students eligible for these courses may not be able to enroll if those courses have exceeded their student quotas. Further information on notes on course registration and course registration procedure will be given by the Graduate School of Business.

2025年度秋学期も日本語科目を履修したい方は 、2025年7月1日（火）～2025年8月26日（火）16：00までに以下の申請フォームより2025年度秋学期の日本語科目履修希望申請を必ず行ってください。

申請完了後、ご自分のメールアドレスに回答のコピーが送信されていることを確認してください。届いている場合は、提出が完了しています。
「2025年度秋学期日本語科目履修希望申請（申請書A）」を提出した学生に対し、9月9日（火） に 「日本語科目履修登録届出フォーム（申請書B）」を 日本語教育センター事務局よりメールでお送りします 。その後の履修登録については下記「２. 履修登録申請【全員】」を確認して必要な手続を行ってください。
2025年度春学期に日本語科目を履修していて、2025年秋学期に2つ上のレベルのクラスを履修したい場合、日本語プレイスメントテストを受験し、当該クラスのレベルに達すれば履修することができます。ただし、テストの結果によってはレベルが下がることもありますのでご注意ください。
★2025年度春学期に日本語科目を履修しなかった方（継続生&新入生）---------------------------------------------------
2025年9月からの新入生、および、継続生で2025年度春学期に日本語科目を履修していない場合、たとえ日本語の専門科目を履修していても、2025年度秋学期に日本語科目を履修したい場合は日本語プレイスメントテストを受験する必要があります。

J1 を希望する場合には、ひらがな・カタカナが読めて書ける必要があります。 J1 で勉強したい人は、ひらがな・カタカナを覚えてきてください。
日本語プレイスメントテストでは、ひらがなのテストに合格しなければ、J1 レベルの授業を履修することはできません。

The Center for Japanese Language Education will send you the "Japanese Language Course Registration Form (Form B) " by e-mail on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. For course registration after that, please check “2. Application for Course Registration 【All Students】” below and follow the necessary procedures.
If you are enrolled in a Japanese language course in Spring Semester 2025 and wish to take a class two levels higher in Fall Semester 2025, you may do so as long as you take the Placement Test and reach the level of the relevant class. However, please note that the level may be lowered depending on the results of the placement test.
★Students who did NOT take Japanese Courses in Spring Semester 2025 (Continuing Students & New Students)---------------------------------------
Students must take the Japanese Language Placement Test to take Japanese language courses in Fall Semester 2025. Please submit the Form A from the following URL between Tuesday, July 1 and 4:00 pm on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.

【Japanese Language Placement Test (for Continuing students)】-----------------------------------------------------------------
*The Japanese Language Placement Test for new students enrolling in September 2025 will be held on a different day. Please refer to the Orientation Event Schedule.
Date: Wednesday, September 3, 2025
Reception:Niiza Campus, Bldg. 8, 1st floor 12:45 pm-1:30 pm (NOT Ikebukuro Campus!)
Duration: Approximately 3 hours
*The start time may be changed due to traffic delays, etc., so please take some spare time for your schedule.
Contents: Online test of grammar, vocabulary and kanji, composition and interview or Hiragana Test
*Test contents will be different depending on your desired level.
Things to bring: Pencils, eraser, and student ID card (or Residence card for new students)
＊Please check here for information about the Japanese course levels at Rikkyo University.
・Students who have never studied Japanese or who have some experience studying Japanese but have not yet mastered Hiragana and Katakana perfectly and want to learn Japanese slowly are at the J0 level.
・Students who can read and write Hiragana and Katakana are at the J1 level. Students who wish to study at the J1 level should memorize Hiragana and Katakana before coming to Japan. Only students who pass the Hiragana test in the Japanese Language Placement Test can take J1 level courses.

*You can stop registering for Japanese language courses even after you take the Japanese Language Placement Test.

また、以下6点、大切な情報になりますので必ず最後まで読んでください。

「2025年度秋学期 オリエンテーション資料」よりオリエンテーション資料を確認してください。授業開始日や日本語クラスのルールなど大事な情報が書かれていますので、必ずよく読んでください。

③ 秋学期の日本語レベルと履修可能なクラス
以下の手順で、「日本語科目履修登録届出フォーム（申請書B）」をダウンロードしてください。

(2) 自分の学生番号のファイルを選択し、保存する。
(3) パスワードを入力してファイルを開く。

(4) 2025年度秋学期の自分のレベルと履修できる科目を確認する。
※このシートにある科目の中から、履修希望科目を選ぶことができます。このシートにない科目は履修できません。
④履修登録
この時点では、まだ履修登録は完了していません。日本語科目の履修を希望される方は、③でダウンロードした「日本語科目履修登録届出フォーム（申請書B）」を提出してください。フォーム（申請書B）上で、登録を希望する科目の「登録希望」欄を「登録」に変更して、以下のURL（Google Form）から9月18日（木）午後4:00までに提出してください。
※「日本語科目履修登録届出フォーム（申請書B）」（Excelファイル形式）は、ファイル名と形式を変更しないで提出してください。

⑤履修登録状況について
9月29日（月）午後6:00から、履修登録状況画面で確認することができます。
⑥授業開始について
授業は9月20日（土）から始まります。
【注意！】
・指定の期日までに「申請書B」により申請しなかった場合は、日本語科目の履修はできません。
・「申請書B」により履修申請をする曜日・時限には、他の科目を登録しないでください。日本語以外の他の科目が登録されている場合は、必ず修正期間に取消してください。他の科目が登録されていた場合は、日本語科目は登録されません。
・提出期限以降の登録修正はできませんので慎重に検討してください。
・2025年9月29日(月)午後6:00(日本時間)（予定）にweb上で最終的な履修登録状況画面を確認してください。自己都合による修正、取り消し、追加はできませんが、万一登録に誤りがあった場合は2025年10月2日(木)午後5:00(日本時間)までに日本語教育センター事務局に申し出てください。
・履修登録の前でも、第１回目の授業から出席してください。

3. Japanese Language Levels and Available Classes for the Fall Semester 2025
Please download your “Japanese Language Course Registration Form (Form B)” following the steps below:
(1) Access the link below:

(2) Find your own file with your student ID number and download it.
(3) Open the file with your password.
*Password is set with your date of birth (8digits)

(4) Check your level and courses that you can take in Fall Semester 2025.
*You can choose the courses you would like to take from this list. You are not able to take a course that is not on the list.
4. Course Registration
At this point, course registration process has not been completed yet.
Students who wish to take Japanese Language courses should submit the “Japanese Language Course Registration Form (Form B)”, that is downloaded as instructed in 3) above.
Please change the status of the column “SUBMIT” from blank to “submit” on the form and submit it from the following URL(Google Form) by 4:00 pm on Thursday, September 18.
*Please make sure to submit the "Japanese Language Course Registration Form (Form B)" in Excel format without changing the file name and format.

5. Course Registration Status
Course registration status can be checked on the Course Registration Status page from 6:00 pm on Monday, September 29.
6. Class Start Date
Classes will begin on Saturday, September 20.
<Notes>
If you do not submit the Japanese Language Course Registration Form (Form B) by the designated deadline, you cannot enroll in the Japanese language courses.
Please do not register for other classes on the day of the week/period in which you have applied for Japanese language classes through the Japanese Language Course Registration Form (Form B). If you have already registered for other classes, please delete them. If not, the classes on the Japanese Language Course Registration Form (Form B) will not be registered.
Classes cannot be cancelled or changed after the date above, so please consider carefully upon your submission.
Confirm your final schedule on “履修登録状況画面” (the course registration status screen) on the website on or after Monday, September 29, 2025 at 6:00pm(Japan Time). Adding or dropping classes for your own convenience is not allowed. If you find any errors on your registration, please email to the CJLE Office by Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 5:00pm(Japan Time).
Please attend the class from the first week even if it is before the registration deadline.

For the students who wish to enroll in "総合日本語6-8（Integrated Japanese 6-8)", make sure to ①submit the course application form (科目申込フォーム) and ②attend interview with Japanese instructors.
※"Integrated Japanese 6-8" is a priority subject for the regular undergraduate students, so graduate students can only apply for these subjects if there is space available.
※Students who complete above both ① and ② will be notified if they can register for “Integrated Japanese 6-8” on Tuesday, September 16.

5．「Business Japanese I」「Business Japanese A」Notes on course registration/履修上の注意【＊Courses apply to graduate students of the Master in International Business(MIB)/経営学研究科(MIB)の学生のみ対象】
（1）“Business Japanese I” and “Business Japanese A” are both made up of 5 courses. Students are required to register for “Business Japanese I 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5” or “Business Japanese
A 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5” as a block.
（2）Students must have taken the Japanese Language Placement Test for the semester when these courses are offered..
（3）Even students eligible for these courses may not be able to enroll if those courses have exceeded their student quotas. Further information on notes on course registration and course registration procedure will be given by the Graduate School of Business.
（1）｢Business Japanese I｣ と「Business Japanese A」は、それぞれ5科目から構成されています。「Business Japanese I」はI 1からI 5 の5科目を、「Business Japanese A」は
A 1からA 5 の５科目を同時に履修することが必要です。
（2）開講される学期の日本語プレイスメントテストを受験していることが必要です。
（3）各科目には定員があります。履修上の注意の詳細と履修登録方法は、経営学研究科の指示に従ってください。
