Reception of counseling on gender issues by the Student Affairs Division
This form was created by a Working Group of the Student Affairs Division that considers how to respond to diverse sexuality. The Student Affair Division staff will be available to answer any LGBT-related questions you may have. Please fill out this form to request counseling. Please read the important information in the form carefully before submitting your application.
